AI credits
You pay for usage, not per agent.
Create as many AI agents as you want. What counts is how much they work, measured in credits.
R$ 0.05per credit
- 1 credit costs R$ 0.05. A typical agent reply uses about 1 credit; at the Expert level, 3 credits.
- With your own AI key (OpenAI or Gemini), agent replies do not consume credits.
- Plan credits renew every month. Credits bought separately are valid for 60 days.
- If credits run out, messages are never blocked: the conversation continues with your team.
Calls per minute
WhatsApp calls, priced per minute.
Calls made and answered on WhatsApp itself, billed per minute and separate from AI credits.

How does the annual plan work?
On the annual plan you pay 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. The commitment is 12 months. The monthly plan has no commitment.
Can I have more users or numbers than the plan includes?
Yes. Each extra user costs R$ 69, R$ 89 or R$ 109 per month depending on the plan, and each extra WhatsApp number costs R$ 99 per month.
What is an AI credit?
It is the usage unit of the AI agent and Copilot. 1 credit costs R$ 0.05 and a typical agent reply uses about 1 credit. If you use your own AI key, agent replies do not consume credits.
What happens if credits or minutes run out?
Messages are never blocked: the conversation continues with your team. You can top up credits or buy a minute pack from the dashboard at any time.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Pix (Brazilian instant payment) and credit card.
Is onboarding mandatory?
Not on Essential: onboarding is optional there. On Professional and Enterprise, onboarding leaves the AI agent and the pipeline ready for your operation, with 50% off on the annual plan.
How does the onboarding guarantee work?
If the agent is not live within the package deadline, counted from when we receive the complete material, we refund 100% of the onboarding fee. The guarantee covers what depends on us; delays in material, the number being blocked by Meta and scope changes are not covered.
